Content

The educator's policy and conversation moves. The core framework is the AI Use Ladder — Red Zone (AI not allowed), Yellow Zone (AI as coach with disclosure), Green Zone (AI as collaborator with disclosure). Introduces the shift from policing to licensing, culture versus detection, the first AI conversation with students, co-creating norms, and modeling responsible use publicly. M8 sets policy and conversation; M9 sets the learning progression.
